For those wishing to take the tour of the power station we need to book in advance as all visitors have to be security cleared since it's a nuclear licenced site .    Email your  Name, Address,  Date of Birth, Nationality to Sharron at [email protected] – strict deadline of Thursday 26 th October 2017 ( to allow me time to get back from holiday and get the security checking process sorted ) .   If you're not 100% sure if you can attend then sign up now and cancel later.   Note: This is a walking tour of the station that will take approximately 90 minutes and will include use of lifts, narrow corridors and over 90 stairs. The tour may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. Each participant over the age of 16 must bring photographic ID on the day of the tour. A passport is the preferred form of ID, but if someone does not have a valid passport then a photo driving licence supported by your birth certificate is fine. Mobile phones, cameras & other electronic devices are not permitted on the tour and this is checked via handheld metal detector.
