  1. The plot thickens, what date and number is your car?
  2. The manual I have with the car has pages in it for the dry sump engine.
  3. Hmm, getting a little stressed. Shame its too dark to get down the garage. Just found an engine rebuild invoice from nov 2003 from South West Lotus centre with same engine number. Car has only done 8000 miles since and was owned by Bell and Covell until 2016. Jay
  4. Here is the build sheet does this shed any light?
  5. Ok, will be a bit dark tonight before i get home so will look on weekend. J
  6. Hmm, I know the wheels are not correct when i mouth the car I had the original BBS instead of the wheels you see in the pictures. I know for a fact its a dry sump as the dip stick etc is in the correct place. It was a Bell and Covell car some years ago and I have engine rebuild records etc. Will however check engine number. Where will that be? J
  7. Do you mean the dip stick for the engine on the right side of the engine bay?
  8. Will do, it was from Andy Graham. I'll take a picture with phone and post. He says my car was 47th out of 135 cars so might that be 47th for that year? Jay
  9. I am confused with the numbers. Mine is 1279 and lotus heritage says its 47th Dry sump built. J
  10. Hi silver frost. This is the email I got when looking into this in July. They need a minimum order of 5 sets and they can do 5 or 4 stud. We just need to get the numbers. Hi Jason, Sorry for the delay. If you go for the cast type the price would be £1500.00 a set of 4 plus carriage and V.A.T = £1890.00 I did get your C.N.C one we could do them but the model is only part of the story the actual machine process is the difficult bit . With this design it is not easy to mill and would not be exactly the same because you have no draft angles like you would have on a casting. Plus a lot of milling time to do. We could do a similar look from billet add on£500.00 a set plus V.A.T. This is an option for you if you don’t get the numbers. Regards Harry.
  11. I’ve been in touch with image wheels they are prepared to make copy cat compomotive wheels 1600 for a set if enough people are interested.
