@windymillerWe had an Aussie that had a seizure (we believe it was a Vestibular seizure) a while back. This happened over night so we do not know how bad it was but in the morning she was terrified - couldn't stand properly, unable to walk without falling over, didn't really know what was happening to her, etc.. Over a week or so she became used to the 'new normal', doorways could be a bit of a challenge as she could miss them and life went on. Over time she got a little better each day until she was pretty much back to normal (bouncing and rolling for fun was still a bit of a challenge but it didn't stop her) and she went on to live a long and happy life.
Here's hoping your girl has a good recovery and she recovers well, it just takes time.

Yesterday Exeter City Council announced that to save the planet they are only providing Vegan meals for meetings etc.. 🙄 Looking this up it seems to be a bit of a trend with other councils as well.
I wonder if this will have the opposite effect as the Vegan meals will not be locally sourced and I suspect pub lunches may be making a resurgence with the associated rush from the car park in cars with cold engines.
Also saw someones recommendations on the news for a Vegan Christmas meal 🤣 - Brown cowpat with white mushroom stuff topped with beetroot slices - yummy 🤮.

FFS - All of her clothing shown is Oil based, but that is OK - the hypocrisy of these people astounds me. I don't know if it's getting older that changes ones views but to me this country is really going to hell in a handbasket - if it was a realistic option I would be looking to bugger off to another country. I really fancy New Zealand but I am pretty sure we do not meet the immigration criteria. Any one from New Zealand want to adopt me? I am house trained, honest - well nearly.

I actually enjoy working on classic cars but I have now taken a slightly different approach. I am now restoring 3 old Group 4 TR7 rally cars, they have no real value, I don't keep receipts of anything I buy and I make as many parts myself as I can (I have now learnt to weld, use CAD software and use a lathe and a mill). I have made some good friends doing this and there is definitely no stress - if I bugger anything up I can always put it right some how and who cares if I never finish them - this is definitely about the journey and not the destination.
The latest lesson learnt - there are definitely degrees of 'rust free car' in this world and I will be spending a little time continuing to replace the scuttle panel on my latest acquisition today - a rust free TR7 rally car (Yes and I believe in Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny and Unicorns 🦄).

I can quite categorically state restoring an Esprit V8 was not good for my mental health (and pocket) and I am not joking about this. Owning a fully working one is a different matter (although I still have that little devil on my shoulder - who is rapidly diminishing by the way - that shouts in my ear 'What's going to go wrong today!' every time I start it.

So did the pro use traps or the poisoned 'pseudo' worms.
Traps - the half tube type. Apparently one of the tricks is to find the routes to the feeding grounds and mine them (sorry meant trap). Trying to catch them where they feed is pretty hopeless unless you are very lucky.

My favourite subject!
I can give you the details of an excellent local mole catcher - although you seem to have it in hand (after years of trying to get rid of these little darlings from our fields he managed to clear them in 2 visits).
Or my preferred option:

Here is a really useful live map that shows what is believed to be going on in Ukraine.
Looks like Ukraine may need to build a lot of POW camps in the near future.

New ones need to go on - that Reg the PO kept
Don't forget the slight slant for the new number plates - after all there is a legacy to maintain.

Didn't this show cost them huuuuge amounts of cash?
Yep - $715 million for Season 1 (7 episodes I believe), it explains the Amazon Prime price hike.

Amazon Primes 'Rings of Power' - Meh.
Anyone else got a view or am I the only unimpressed viewer.

We have had our 3rd person to muck us around on our Beef sales since just before Christmas, this brings us to over £1300.00 of lost income. At least the first two just just mucked us around having ordered the beef and then not wanting to pay for it when it was time to deliver. This latest one really grates though, she took the beef and then never paid for it and now claims she can't afford to pay when chased - FFS you know when you buy something whether you can afford it but not her - she wants the finest Organic Beef free. If you can't afford it buy cheaper food - there is plenty out there, to me this is theft.
I am really sick of people at the moment.
Rant over!
