This is my thread Just joined up today and wanted to find out all there is to know on engine swaps. After reading up on the late model Esprits and how Chevy designed the V8 for Lotus, I was seeking information on how easy it would be to drop a LS1 or 2 motor in an early Esprit. Keep it coming guys. I love this forum already. Also, anyone have information on the Australian company that put Lexus V8 engines in them?

Hello to all....I have loved these cars since they first came out and still don't own one. I did get to drive one last month which has resurrected my interest....what a fun car to drive, like a large race kart. I'll post my first question here. Does anyone have information on what happened to the car Mario owned? I've heard it is still in the States. Thanks, Marty
