    Vehicles over 40 years old are exempt from mot and road tax? So if it's all about the emissions and you own for example a v12 Jag E-type or a V6 Ford Capri with higher emissions than a 1598 mk 6 Ford Escort, can someone explain where the logic is? This country is already over 2 Trillion pounds in debt and rising...we will never beable to pay this back and our so called GovernMental keep raising our Taxes?
