Fixed, There were two problems. Yep the valve was stuck slightly, WD40 and Rust Flash freed that. But the pipe between the turbo and the wastgate had a hole in it. That was replaced and we are going again.

I would leave it that way.

Nope only the boost one. The others look fine. The care drives well, once you go above 4,000 RPM the boost gauge carries on to max, this is about 5,000 RPM. Where should I look for the earthing?
