October 10...near a solution? Well its November 14 and i have been suffering precisely the same issues since a software upgrade in October - the car is unusable, and Lotus are maintaining the normal hopeless customer service and not responding to any correspondence on the subject. Bell & Colvill say call Lotus as they have no line of sight to a resolution. Is yours now fixed?

Nope. I get the same from Bristol Lotus in every email, wishy washy nonsense - I've had nothing from Lotus directly at all. This is now into week 11 without the car...
I am considering whether I should speak to a lawyer, but I have no idea what this would fall under (if anything) - breach of contract? Sales of Goods? - Show next comments 3 more
