  1. I might as well ask for the tyres my car came from the previous owner, as they have been changed recently and are still in great condition - they are Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 275/30R20 97Y and 235/35/19 91Y. Anyone has experience with them? For Dubai climate (hot most year round and very seldom rain conditions, mostly dry 99% of the time) and the little I have so far used the car they seem sticky and playful 😈 also good sidewall to protect the rim edges It is this 050+ model to be exact: https://www.pitstoparabia.com/en/tyres/brands/dunlop/sp-sport-maxx-050+
  2. more like crossing it out of my list, than "good luck" 😝
  3. go on Dave, please elaborate, especially on the "never again" part 😃
  4. yes for sure I will email them, they have a great selection of parts/mods.
  5. Hi guys, I have seen the posts about "no LSD fitted in the IPS cars" in the forum, but today I came across this - https://www.thelotuscentreonline.co.uk/epages/sdctukef2v6v.mobile/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/sdctukef2v6v/Products/GDF30E Are you aware? is it a new option? and would it fit all IPS boxes (from Evora S to the later 4xx cars)?
  6. Has anyone installed this kit from Powerflex in your Evoras, and if yes what significant difference did you notice? https://powerflexstore.co.uk/lotus/evora-2010-on/powerflex-track-transmission-mount-bush-insert-kit-evora-2010-on-pfr34-1120blk/ I am preparing an order for ARB bushes and considering adding this to it as well if it is indeed an improvement Vs stock in some area. Also strangely the Poweflex website lists them as suitable for all 2010-and later Evoras, while other sites mention that they are only for Evora 400... Any tips?
  7. did anyone try fitting the ones for the track (black) even if the car is mainly for street use? they are only 20% stiffer (re NVH) and overall bodyroll should improve even more.
  8. after seeing how much pain he is going through to fit the rear bumper I am definitely reconsidering that kit 😃
  9. The interior pics actually look like my car minus the carbon bits on the steering wheel (which may have been added to that car later anyway). I am convinced mine is a std S 😃 even its colour combo (carbon grey with black pack and black/camel 2 tone interior full leather) is not one of the listed combos in the table you listed above so…
  10. Wow indeed but my car does not have that rear bumper nor those wheels, I think he was bshitting me 😂 only the VIN check at HQ will tell us the truth, but indeed my cluster gear numbers are italic, are the std Evora S in normal (non italic) font? The color of my car is carbon black I think. funny enough the pics of the one you shared actually look like it is wearing the GTE-style bodykit that I wanted to put on my car coincidentally in the other post I started about it 🙄🤣 and it looks 🔥🔥🔥
  11. I may have to revert to a COP out of sheer curiosity, I went to the dealer today to ask about the build sheet - long story short they could not provide it, and he actually told my something interesting - my car is not a standard Evora S, but a GT350 (2015 MY) which is the last run of the Evora S before the 400 was introduced, and is apparently super rare, he thinks only 20 made world wide - he said it has carbon A-pillars (around the windscreen) and carbon rear hood glass surround piece (over the engine) but both painted black (so I could not see the carbon weave) as is my roof and the big tailgate spoiler and the diffuser. He said another telling sign is that the digital display that shows the gears on the dashboard (IPS) is in ITALIC digits, the normal Evora S has them in normal font not italic. Have you guys ever heard of this model?
  12. Ok so they would only make sense if bigger discs (what diameter did you upgrade to?) were used as well, correct? I guess they would not mount properly on top of the smaller/stock discs (330?) of the Evora S?
  13. Is there a portal where we can obtain the car's build sheet as it left the factory with all the options mentioned, by submitting the VIN/chassis number? Or is it only available via the dealer?
  14. and most likely the Mansory kits were actually manufactured in China probably by the factory that placed the aliexpress ad, hence the interest 😃
  15. Do they just plug and play on top of the Evora S brake discs? Or they need larger diameter discs also?
