KT460 tune error on US car

Hi All,  a few months back I decided to take the plunge and order the KT460 for my 400.

My installer is hung up at a memory lock error when applying it, has anyone else seen this or have potential advice on a solution?  (KT is taking a look but hasn't seen it before)

I'd be leaving the issue with KT. Have not heard mention of anyone else having issues.

Hey, can you say a bit more about what's in the KT460 kit? Just an ECU reflash, or does it come with hardware? How much was it? Komotec's website is very sparse with information, so thanks in advance (I'm a 400 owner in the US as well).

Not something I have seen previously either.  I assume they have tried again from the start, being careful to follow the correct sequence?

The 460 for the 400 is headers, Y-pipe (incorporating sports cat), panel filter, and remap.  Really gives the car a hike up in mid-range torque, it just feels much freer revving, and goes really well.
