Daft question time.

How do I turn the rear boot lights off? The charger cable is stopping the boot from closing thus leaving the 2 lights on in the boot (draining battery)

I use the ignition key to set the boot latch, just push it up through it and the light will turn off. You can just doubleclick the key to reset it when you want to close the boot properly.

I've been carefully routing the cable through the corner rubber for years. Doh!

I just took the bulbs out as never use them anyway / they are practically useless....  Just thought @kimbers I did that on my old car and still have them if you want them (all the interior bulbs were switched to LED ones including the boots).

Apologies, I mis-remembered. It's this you flick to reset the latch.
