Though he'd have to have been called Martin Neill'O for the personalised registration to be real.

MOT history checks out though. What on earth could £20k have had done in 2009?

Wouldn't have got much change from a proper engine rebuild, respray and a bit of suspension work. If the interior was then redone then £20k would seem cheap, even in 2009.
