Every time a Carlton story pops up it prompts me to check the DVLA for news of my old one. Sadly there's been no change since it was SORNed complete with expired MOT back in June 2012. :(

Anyway, like buses these things. Wait around for ages and then three turn up at once. :D

Just checked the DVLA for my old Lotus Omega. Since I sold it in March 2015 for GBP 32,000 at only 8,400 miles from new, it has covered 6 miles each year. Presumably just to the MOT station and back. It was/is like new. That's a nice investment for the collector-owner, but it's not giving anyone any enjoyment.

I understand the low mileage one that was up for sale (42k miles, i think) reached £58k but not its reserve so didnt sell, however the owner is now willing to drop his expectations......obviously a little too hopeful.

Not sure how the other two got on.

Just an update, this one made £29.6k
