An excellent article , as for which one he prefers there lies the issue of the comment tells a story on its own and is the tipping precursor to the rest of the article. If I wrote the article I would be biased the other way.

But the comment has reduced the colour in the rose coloured glasses.

What a great review!  So nice to see Lotus go head-to-head with Porsche, especially THAT Porsche, and do so amazingly well!  Too bad there are so many Porsche lemmings out there.

Especially if the car in question has this issue, which for me is right up there with the IMS bearing issue, which took a number of generations to change.

Conclusion seems like both excellent and comparable experience cars hence while the price point makes it a Lotus win.

The Price mentioned doesnt include Gov charges and less options start at less $201.00 AUD add a few options and there is one for sale at $215 but this is an absolute bargain 400

It is interesting that you bring that up Graeme. The original intent of a lot of the charges on imported cars was to protect our own car industry and make us buy Australian built cars.

We now do not have any home-grown cars, but do the government get rid of the ridiculous charges they impart on imported cars?

Let's us ask one.

Us: Why don't we get rid of all the taxes on imported cars now that we do not have our car industry to protect?

Evora GT410 Sport vs. Porsche 991 GT3 Touring. 
Again the Evora stood its place well against a Porsche.
I was not surprised about the result but I am surprised to read such a comparison in a car magazine at all 🙂

I can forgive them as they had the Martini cars which is a cracking livery, and of course the gulf livery,  but they will never topple the black and gold JPS livery and F1 racing history

There probably better forums to discuss this, however there is a group in Victoria working on just that, however some Labour poly in NSW is sighting an increase just for NSW just be for a State election
