Just purchased salvage Exige

Just purchased a salvage Exige.  Not my first Lotus, i did have a salvaged 99 Esprit about 10 years ago.  The Esprit was a very easy repair, this Exige will be a total rebuild.  Hopefully I'm ready for the challenge lol.  Looking for a good deal on a parts car or good deal on a bare chassis.

Thanks, i have a few at auctions I'm watching as well.  I sell  used auto parts for a living, maybe its time to expand to Lotus parts.

Welome to forums Brent,  I hope it works out ok for you,  I f you are willing to put in the hours of labour and spend time to sorce cheap replacement parts i am still sure folks can build a fantastic car , as a few folks have done with Evoras etc,  I have no idea on the modern Lotus cars regarding building damaged ones etc as anthing to do with bonded glued alloy  chassis is past me lol. 

I wish you best of luck and sure you will do fine, Please start a project thread as i would be very intrested to see what is envolved in the modern cars to turn them round. back into a road going car again after a bump.
