Tech 1 tool or equivalent

Hi all, long time since I contributed to this site, my 2001 V8 has been grounded since the gearbox broke in 2015. Not got it fixed by Lakeside and looking at putting everything back together.

is there now a recognised way of achieving all the Tech 1 tool functionality without actually owning an original Lotus tool? I believe they are like hens teeth...

Brilliant thanks and thanks also the Peter England for persuading Lotus.  I have downloaded it in anticipation of getting the engine/box back in and seeing if it will start.

my earlier should have said “now got the box fixed by Lakeside”
