Lotus on Track will run track days at 3 circuits including Dijon Prenois.

We will not be advertising a Frolic! However, will be offering this package to a small number of those who have supported Frolic in the past and that we can cope with in terms of hotel etc. Our priority is to be able to have a hard core at each of the 3 circuits.

This package includes: The 3 track days, hotel accomodation – 16/8/2021 – 21/8/2021, sandwich lunch at each of the 3 track days as a minimum and a central group meal. Accommodation will be for 5 nights.

Package conditions:
Car Type: Strictly 2 seater sports cars (note: Caterham must have full cage)

The trip will be as follows:

Dates: 16th August – 21st August

Circuits:
Dijon Prenois & 2 other circuits.

Snack lunch/sarnies will be provided at each of the circuits – only for those booking via this page. This is always more work than it may look like! Cold drinks will be provided at each of the circuits.

Crash helmets – £65/75€ – covers for all 3 track days. If you wish to book email paul@lotrdc.com we plan on closing this early.

Accommodation: is room only. Breakfast, drink etc will be charged to you by the hotel. Rooms are for 2 persons – twin or double. Unfortunately we can’t book additional rooms for people not on the trip – 1 room per booking, sorry. We will be in Dijon the first two nights before moving to Nancy.

Price: 1000€ (£915)
Noise limit: 100db static / 98db driveby – same as previous French trips. Evora’s may need to turn off Sport at Dijon in particular, as in the past.
2nd Drivers: FREE – must be experienced track day drivers.
Passenger: FREE

Refunds – we will refund cancellations in full if cancelled before 1/2/2021. A 10% admin fee will be charged 2/2/2021-1/5/2021. A credit will be given of 600€ for anyone cancelling after 1/5/2021 and before 15/8/2021, this is the first time we’ve done this because we know we won’t be mucked about on purpose by those being offered this package.

NOTE: We won’t be permitting any credits to be used against this package – under any circumstances. Anyone with a 2021 season pass will receive a 250€ discount if we don’t open up the track days as one off days, if we do we will also give a 200€ to be used by that person only in 2021. Cash flow is king, or we do the trip under LoT Europe.

You do not need to book via this package if you don’t want to! Places for Dijon Prenois will be put in the LoTshop. There is also a chance some places will be offered at the other two circuits as well. Unless things go extremely well with regards to hotel and those who book we don’t plan on opening this package up on LoT as in the past. It’s much easier to look after a smaller group better.
