It's a reversing camera just above the rear number plate. 🙂

1. No - electric on both engines and all 3 transmissions - separate rear calipers and a switch on the lower dashboard above the (Right, RHD - Left, LHD) drivers knee IIRC from Goodwood observations

2. Nobody knows yet, but technically possible/handy to have and generally supplied/accepted as standard on most run of the mill hatchbacks these days and regardless of transmission type....
