Exige S2 NA - supercharger conversion

When adding a supercharger kit to a normally aspirated 2ZZ-GE engine, are there any other mods to think about due to the extra power? Or is it simply plug and play? Only thinking of road use, not track.

Also, would there be an appreciable increase in car value due to the upgrade? Would you get your money back on re-sale?
