Anyone have any links on this part (left or right hand side) as to what’s holding it in place? Don’t want to force it off.

changing the sill covers back to OEM

Thanks in advance

  • You need to remove the sill trim, to remove the A pillar trim. To remove sill trim, remove the ribbed rubber mat in the bottom of the coin tray.  Remove two screws down into sill, under this mat.

To remove sill trim, remove the ribbed rubber mat in the bottom of the coin tray.  Remove two screws down into sill, under this mat.  Rest of sill trim is stuck down.

To remove the A pillar trim, remove the two screws you can see at the top of that aperture.  Pull the A pillar trim towards rear of the car.  Hope the tower clips down fall off into an irretrievable place in the dash.

The sill is off.

I just wasn’t sure how much force to pull the A pillar trim with for fear of breaking it.

I’ve had one clip drop out, is there another one on the other side then?
