S1 Veglia - how to clock it?

Recommended Posts

Paul,

I’m sure this is not worthwhile but if you hook up the speedo cable to the speedo, you could run it with a drill.

If my quick calculations are correct, running a drill at 800 RPMs for 24 hours per day, it would take around a month to reach 47,000 miles.

Hopefully there is a cleaner way.

Good luck,

Jim

I'm hoping to find an easier way. If somebody has reset them then it should be possible to change them again, I just don't want to break it.

Hi Paul

i know they are different but I used smiths gauges who do a recon and repair service on all sorts of stuff for my S2 and they also replaced an incorrect Speedo and reset it to match the mileage.

They were slow but the quality was excellent, and prices reasonable  maybe they can help with Veglia
