You might find the resistance of the LEDs make the flasher unit unbalanced and wont flash propperly....done this on mine and went back to the originals, however if you change them all they might function correctly....be interested to know.

I personally wouldn't recomend LED for the outside, only interior lighting, they don't seem to compare as well.

Changing the flasher unit to an electronic one may cure the problem as the standard one uses the current drawn to heat an element whereas the electronic one uses an electronic timer independent of current.

As the flasher unit is included you should be OK.

Got the bits, but it doesn't really work.

Didn't need to flasher as the speed was unaffected (which I was suprised about), but the LED's are just not bright enough a few degrees from head-on.

The front indicators also face the sides of the car with a reflector behind - fine for an incandescant bulb, but for directional LED's they're just too dim.

Still, you live and learn.

I think there might be some brighter ones for a few pounds more, but I might just custom-make something that fits behind the whole of the light panel sometime...

i did the same thing. installed them, then pulled them out the next day. the incandescents glow nicer. i use aimable LED lights as floor lighting. my glove box and bulkhead bin lighting is mini flourescent.
