I saw the advert, after it completed :(

The buyer left good feedback regarding the sale, and thanking her husband.

Apparently a newspaper managed to get hold of him but he asked to remain anonymous incase the previous owner got a bit nasty with him!

Bibs is right. This was exposed as a publicity stunt. In addition, close inspection of the photographs showed them up to be VERY bad photoshop jobs.

"When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked him to forgive me."

Really??? What a bummer!!

I know the car was a bit of a state from the photos, bit of a doer upper, missing door and bumper and other bits grafted on. Wheres the rest of the story then if it was exposed as a scam??
