it's GM part number 88927273 ; Lotus themselves don't have any stock anymore, they found a source for 294 GBP (ouch !), I've found severeal in US for about 110 $

Found an O2 sensor that seems to work :

Ford Galaxy 2.3l , PN 1 108 795 , = Bosch 0 258 006 022

I used the universal one and crimped the leads in to the old connector. The Ford one seems to pnp...

I tried the front bonnet gas strut from a 1992 Honda civic h/a as desribed in the reference and it was about 1/2" too long.It does not fit,anyone have another suggetion?

the X-ref file "Sachs 083-666" is discontinued. Anyone fit a new bonnet strut?

Just discovered the wiper arm on my S4 can be replaced with the single arm fitted to the Peugeot 107/ Citroen C1/ Toyota Aygo.

Lotus quoted £112 +vat last year! I ordered mine from Peugeot-£20, and it seems a much more substantial arm too!!

reversing switch for an s4 (the switch that screws into the gearbox) part number 5431 from intermotor (nottingham england) auto-electrical products (replaces ren 77 00 759 986) paid 8 pounds.

I found the cross referenece for this spare part (A082F6392F + A082F6293F, LIP SEAL OUTPUT SHAFT + O RING, RING NUT).

Supplier is CORTECO and PN is 7703087188. Price 18 Euro ( 15£)

I looked at the BOSCH 15704 Oxygen O2 sensor, but the plug is wrong and the wiring is not correct, you'd have to splice on the old connector.

Then my friends told me about the BOSCH 13030 It is perfect. The wiring orientation and connector are correct for my 89SE, and apparently the Esprit V8 uses the same.

i searched around for parts for my 1993 se turbo i found Dorset Autospares .co.uk i bought brake pads front and rear £47.00 delivered to Northern Ireland the front are for toyota celica ,and the rear renault alpine,talbot,and esprit also i bought plugs 7811bp6es so i hope the heat range will be ok ,also i bought two H4 100w i know theyre not for road use but ill keepthe old h4,s for M.O.T and oil filters and air filters off HOLDEN SPARES I have these all for service and as ive a broken Neck i have good days and bad weeks but sure it will keep the mileage down lol i hope IAN some of this will be ok for you im randal or [hardluck09] as my compo went from £500,000 to a whiplash as cancer set into a bone but im grand and love the club ,as i used to roadrace bikes in all the major IRISH races and as my A.T.M Closed my now ex wife went out and the Esprit was a good replacement its 1993 se turbo so im afraid of any major probs as i used to do all my tuneing but now i can give orders yours in sport Randal [hardluck09]

1993 US Esprit Cigar Lighter - from a late 80's Saab 900. The red cigar lighter illumination looks to be from an Audi 1000. (if not exact will work as a replacement.

Does anyone have a cross reference for a fuel filter ? 88MY carb/turbo. 

The handbrake microswitch located at the bottom of the brake lever is obsolete. Part number is CO75M6084F. It fits a wide range of Esprits. Now that dashboard warning lights are part of MOT I had to do a bodge to get it through. Has anyone found a replacement part which fits. 

Got to pull this all together...I can feel a mammoth task coming on. BRILLIANT!
