chargecooler fluid

I have a s.e. 1989.

the chargecooler system is entirely separate from the engine cooling system, and is equipped with its own header tank mounted adjacent to the engine header tank.

My question is: Is engine cooling system fluid the same kind of fluid than chargecooler system?

It's the same stuff, but some people (me included) put coolant adatives in to try and improve the coolant 's heat transfer proprties. Things like water wetter.

Doing it to the cooling system is for good running, doing it to the chargecooler system is to reduce inlet manifold temperature.

What kind of fluid I need to use for chargecooler?

Is it sufficient to use the yellow cooling liquid to 30 per cent?

And, what kind of fluid I need for radiator?
