Andy do I have to park in a seperate area, away from the big cars? :P:bounce:

Marge: Homer, I don't want you driving around in a car you built yourself.

Homer : Marge, you can either sit there complaining, or you can knit me some seat belts...

You'd better park with me ( I might be on my own otherwise). Of course, you will need an A4 sheet of paper with ESPRIT written on it blue tacked over your Exige badge.... :P

After all my cajoling, I'll be missing next Sunday :D (The Dyvals) due to a last minute family holiday. Gutted as it will also run across Castle Combe and Ripley Castle (where the car was already booked to display). Never mind, take plenty of pics and I'll see them when we get back.

Stop press; Actually, I'm away for the weekend, but I could prolly get back Sunday. Also waiting for an 02 sensor to arrive, and assuming I can get the old one off without a prob, and she runs fine, it's a possibility.

O2 sensor in place, all error codes cleared, running like a dream! I'll be there. @ Hippo; I'll give you a call soon to arrange a meet if you fancy going up together.

Now to polish my big red beast..... :santa:

By Lad, you're observant! Yes, the Vulva had to go. Too much fuel, tax, and other issues. As long as it's dry the BMW's real world faster, plus it's got great economy and a low tax. Downsides are; less room, heavy steering at low speeds, and stiff suspension.

You still up for a meet at Margaret's cafe? How about next week?

Where's Margaret's cafe?

If you fancy a run into the country one day there is a cracking caff in Corbridge, all day breakfast made with local produce, orange juice, tea and toast, six quid  then a nice run along the military road next to Hadrians Wall

PS how about starting another thread off?

@ Loose Cannon

It's not called Margaret's place, I just know the owner, and not the proper name ( Maybe Hilltop Farm Cafe, or something).

It's near Marsden, just off the South Shields Coast road. It's on farmland with good metalled parking. The owner is a Morgan freak, and agreed to host a meet (er, last year). If they know numbers, they will keep part of the car park free for us.

The main reason for choosing it apart from the above, and it being local to me, is that it's off the beaten track for finger twitchers, but still near enough to the buzz of the sea front if we fancy a convoy.

Also, if we arrange a meet, and no-one else turns up. it's easy for Hippo and I to get there.

Can you make it any day next week?

Corbridge sounds nice as well. As usual, we just need a date that's acceptable to enough members to make it worthwhile.
