Baa Baa!!!

Went for a good drive out today, some guy only turned up in one

of them half a million quid maserati supercars, which was nice.

Nice to see, Andy, Ian, Dom and Nick. Glad i went in the end, i nearly

talked myself out of going cause i thought the route was a bit poor, but

as it happens we had REMARKABLY clear roads, and the fun part of the

run for me was getting split from the group (after taking a wrong turn),

and then firing the Esprit down empty side roads taking a detour and

managing to catch them back up again.

good day out B) . Some pics:

While i can't speak for the welsh southrun, no sheep were harmed

in the making of this event.

Were people jockeying for position behind the MC12 or just too shit scared in case they forgot to brake and slammed into the back of it, wrecking the tub, the engine and therefore the car?

'Any claims or convictions?'

'Emm, yes one. I hit third party'

'And the damage?'

'Well, emm, you see, ...'

Reminds me of an article in 'Top Gear' magazine where they were doing an Enzo vs MC12 comparison. I think they borrowed Nick Mason's Enzo. And it got hit by a bus! Assumming the bus driver wasn't summarily executed on the site by the bus company I'm sure he got quite a reception later in the drivers' tea room!

They still managed to source another Enzo for the article. Common as muck...

May: DON'T hit it with a hammer!

Clarkson: Why?

May: Cause it's the tool of a pikey.

Is that the MC12 owner that crashed his car into the arnco on the snow covered track on 5th Gear?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

No. This guy only looked to be in his early 30s and the 5th gear guy was a lot older iirc.
