Dark Green G-Car S3 ?

I spotted a dark green (presumably british racing green) Esprit heading toward the North Circular on Fulborne Road in Walthamstow. I think it may have been an S3 but I'm not really sure, I was heading in the opposite direction in the Elise (Silver S1). Gave you a quick flash of the headlights, didn't see any response but I guess you might of thought I was one of those Elise drivers (Oh hang on a minute I am aren't I, but only when I'm not driving the Esprit or the Metro .......). Never seen the car before but would be interested in meeting up if you live locally.

hi there, yes i did see you flash, i gave you a wave, but it takes 10 meters to get the headlights up, lotus owners must think im a stuck up git because im past them when the lights get up, yes im local, chingford, i get over to the ace cafe on lotus night how about you regards Len

Hi Len,

I can't believe it finally someone has replied to one of my spotted posts and you're only just up the road from me . I'm down the road a bit in Highams Park, I'm supprised I've not seen you around before. I've not been to any of the Ace Cafe meets as I'm usually home to late in the week, but might pop down in the summer sometime. We've got a meeting in Essex on the first Sunday of every month in theory anyway... It's just off the M11 Harlow turn off in Hastingwood at the Rainbow and Dove. Next time a meet is on I'll PM you. There might also be a meet brewing in this thread as well.
