Hi Piston! I have an '83 S3 and although I haven't got an adjustable seat I 'permanantly' adjusted it for my driving position by fitting spacer washers between the bottom of the runner and the floor. It tilted the seat forward slightly which suits me sir!

You MAY be able to..

What you might find is that the newer seats might have a different spacing of the bolts through the floor.

In theory you simply need to drill new hoels and that's it but I personally would want to be very sure they are far enough away form the existing holes, not to cause any weakness / risk breaking the floor area?

(This may just be excessive paranoia!)
