Coolant capacity of Turbo Esprit

I am draining the old dirty coolant out of the system on Saturday at a local garage who is lending me his ramp and I have a couple of questions.

Which is the best place to drain from. The easiest place looks like the hose next to the otter switch.

Secondly, I have perused all of my service books, manuals etc. and nowhere does it state the coolant capacity. My reason for asking is that I am going to be using a 1% solution of "Aqua Clear PX". A radical new product to remove the possibility of corrosion on metal parts. Yes, even aluminium. Aqua Clear can also be used in conjunction with Glycol based anti-freezes.

The User Manual for my '83 Turbo Esprit says 12 Liters.
