Cape Classic Car Show

Well Sunday came and went and what a fantastic show of motor vehicles there were.

Must have been approximately 1500 vehicles at the show ranging from the oldest car in SA including the infamous model T's (i think the oldest car was 1904 )

Naturally the highlight of the show were the Esprit's and the Elan +2 of Peter's which was immaculately restored .Unfortunately some cars could not make it as they were either in part repair or nearing completion.

i will send more pictures ,some of different vehicles if you would like.

the only dissapointment was that our local Lotus dealer needs to be educated a little.We approached him (sales manager) to get involved and initially there was a lot of excitement in his manner ,until the day came - he let us down.

we need to educate him to the realisation that his best ambassedors are us guys .When people stop and chat and you show them the new products ,they really get excited.
