Too fast

When I put it all back together I put in new tubeing for the windscreen washers. Now when I load it up ie give it heaps through left hand corners I get water spilling out of the drivers side washer nozzle. ????

Have I missed something.

I love flatery, but I'm not that fast, it must happen to others, maybe on track days. I'm thinking there must some sort of valving system to stop this hapening and I've missed it out maybe. Otherwise stand back Evil Kanevil,

I have this exact problem hard left hand cornering and my left hand washer is fully on.

At first I thought i'd accidently fouled up the tubing with steering column after perfoming a washer mod to Renault Espace spray bar wiper.

It only does it when taking a high G left hander (can only be achieved on track).

Would also love to know why

Same here, Roger. My original return valve failed, and couldn't find a proper replacement, so I used a small plastic valve used in fish tanks.

I guess the spring tension is not quite right.

Non return valve ? where should this be, I though it was part of the pump motor.
