Nice respray but the dash is a mix of early and late and perhaps a bit of home grown.

Interesting.

The dash looks the same as mine except for the hump infront of the steering wheel. I've never seen one like that before.

looks a nice car....but it was already for sale, with exactly the same pictures, 1 year ago (or even more).

the sales price is rel. high and the advert says "There is no service history"....more or less a no-go in this price range. the current mot isnt a real prove of the condition.

respray: was it an glass out, bumper and trim off job?

also the milage is very high aqnd no prove of an engine rebuilt.

Actually I saw another one at Malvern today so perhaps not that unusual. I thought they went straight from the "straight" dash to the "curved" dash but there was obviously a bit of "straight and curved" going on at some point

The dash/interior is exactly the same as my sept 85 non se in fact mine was coming through the production line as the first of the se was coming off the line. car seems clean apart from the fact the badging is all wrong, should have the combo lotus excel decals on both rear quarter panels and one on passenger side rear.
