The ride heights have been well doccumented on here. Can't remember off the top of my head but do a search and you should find it.

The measurement is from the chassis to the road.

As Simon says (isn't that a game ?) it's off the chassis - hard to describe where, at least on the front.

Basically at the back where the chassis HOOPS under the gearbox and the front where the lower wishbone meets the chassis - these points to a perfectly flat goundplane are to be measured with 2x average weight passengers inside (approx 75kg) and 1/2 a tank of fuel.

A lot of Esprits are riding low, dangerously low according to the factory. Again as Simon says (definatly a game) try a search on ride heights, the body can not necessarily be an indication of height, it's also a little known fact that Esprit's ride higher than people think.

This is a correctly laden GT3 riding 3mm high all around :

The SE should sit about 10mm lower than the GT3 so 170mm all around
