I think that, based on our agreed schedule, tonight should be the EAG meet.

Is anybody up for it or are we leaving it until Sunday?

I think planning & communication needs to improve a bit (given I am writing this from the Angel car park)

As there was no post to cancel the meeting last night I've rushed home and driven out here to find nobody here.

To avoid this happening again can we agree 24 hours notice of cancellation, irrespective of what's happening at the weekend ?

I wasn't exactly cancelling since I don't have the authority: just indicating my disinclination to attend. I probably left it a bit late.

For some reason I had assumed that everybody else felt the same way. I was almost right...

I think the problem has been that we did not set up a forum thread for this meeting. I will set up one for the next meeting right away.

PS: That is the most accomplished use of a mobile browser I have ever seen. It has never worked for me.

I turned up late, as is my normal situation and no one was there! I guess I scared everyone off as they thought it was the end of the world because I actually turned up!

Oh well, no probs, I'll see you all Sunday instead.

Sorry chaps, am flat out with work and clean forgot.

Still hoping to get the 7 in a state of use for Sunday - I have an electrical problem which keeps fusing my indicators and has knackered the battery.

Has anyone considerd that the next meet is the day after the Lotus Fesival at Snetterton ?

I spoke to Sparky and Internets today who voiced enthusiasm at a cross border turnip raid. Personally I would like to go in June however this may not be possible if said members go to Snetterton and reach lotus saturation point (if that's possible). Will discuss more and get back to you.

Be good to see you all, but I'm afraid there's no $#~^x<* turnips up here, just plenty of suger beet and oilseed rape !!
