Is there a SE owner who fancies testing a TunerPro (www.tunerpro.net) datalogging definition out for me

I've been using it on a S4 for a while now and I'm now trying to find out if there are minor differences between the datastreams on the various Delco programs. All you need is an ALDL cable, the beta version of TunerPro v5 (downloadable from the above website) and my .adx file (the 'definition', which I can email to you).

TunerPro displays the data in real time (either graphically as a dashboard, as text values or as a line graph monitor), it can save it for playback and can also save it as a .csv file.

Paul, yes it can be used on a S4 and it is similar to the datalogging aspect of Freescan. The benefits are mainly down to a personal preference for datalogging method and getting accurate values for items like bp and map. More information is displayable and when (or should I say if!) I find more parameters out they'll be added to the def. Being able to import the values you want into the monitor has its uses too.

Chris, initially I'm just after a couple of logs of KOEO and a warm up cycle to check a couple of parameters I'm unsure of.

Will have my SE running in a few days.... Have ALDL and 3 swappable memcal chips (stock SE, #3, & #4).

My SE engine is stock except for BOSCH injectors, and it will be fresh off a complete engine rebuild.

Hai Derek,

just curious, if it is the ALDL Mode 1 datastream on which the definition file is based I can send you what I have found so far as I'm still disassembling the SE BIN file. Maybe we can compare notes ??

I also found more information (tables, other databytes) in the BIN file.

Freek.

Hi Freek,

Yes, it is the Mode 1 data that is datalogged. It is based upon Andy Whittaker's work but with some corrections and some additions. There are still plenty of holes in it though and some errors (mainly flags when it comes to running it on a S4), hence the need for SE datalogging feedback as that's what I'm mostly decoding.
