Guy, I'll pass on buying one for now, there are much more deserving homes for it, I'm really only after the fuse box info if its in there, I'm a bit confused as to which fuse does what in which of the two boxes under the bonnet!!

good man Guy, due to the pressures of getting the house ready to sell (agents pictures) I've been a bit distracted from the Elite, I vastly underestimated the time it takes to clean a house from top to bottom, also I don't understand the estate agents objection to piles of Lotus bits in the lounge,dinning room, hall, porch and kitchen (where else does a bloke strip down Dellorto's )

Its done now so as soon as I can escape from the drudge of 14hour days, the Elite will get all of my attention!! One trip planned for it is to Dormansland, near Lingfield, that cant be a million miles from you?

Get an estate agent who sells to car nuts or knows what photoshop is!

If the estate agent could photoshop the place, I wouldn't have spent £25K on plaster,paint,ceilings,wiring,plumbing,kitchen,bathroom,carpet,flooring,doors and windows, to sell the place for £10K less than I paid for it!!! LOL, just life I guess, must admit I underestimated how long it would take to do some touching up,cleaning and de cluttering, that took best part of two weekends and a week of evenings! Would have been preferable to have finished the Elite, then instead of being in the pub nosing around forums, I'd be blatting around the lanes!!

I resurrect this thread to ask if anyone has a Series 2 handbook that they would sell or copy.  I have a handbook for a Series 1, but none of the usual suppliers or eBay have a later handbook at the moment.  

 

Strictly speaking, we shouldn't copy handbooks, but I will indemnify anyone who copies one for me against any law suit from Lotus for copyright infringement!

The one I have is for the Elite S2.2 - I guess the only differences are around the boot/tailgate and fittings. The complete file is around 20Mb which is too big for some mailboxes - I'll have to split it up over the weekend. PM me your email address if you want a copy.
