I have recently replaced the rack on my car with a shiney new one.
Am told these are easily reconditioned, but I was feeling flush this month.
The old ones boots are leaking a little and look as if they have been replaced before. There is a little play in the input box but the track rod threads are in pretty good condition. And it is obviously "old looking" with a bit of rust.
If anyone would like to recondition it for their car let me know and I'll get you a quote for postage. NO CHARGE for the rack.
Will hold it for one month and then it goes to the tip.
