When driving around at 110/120kph, there is a light judder in the steering wheel,

No a constant vibration but a vibration going on and of every other second,

I have all my wheels balanced. but this did not have any influence on it.

Can this be due to brake disks, as this is rotational mass that is not balanced,

or can it be due to worn steering rack or column??

Does the vibration change/go when you apply the brakes, if it doesn't I wouldn't have thought it was the disks.

Did you have the wheels dynamically & statically balanced and have you checked the front wheel bearings are ok & correctly torqued up??

No it does not go away when braking.

And yes the wheels are dynamicly and statically bal;anced.

On the wheel bearings we replaced them and the same felling was before and after,

Plum,

Check the bushings at the anti-rollbar attachment points on the lower links. Mine does the same thing. Vibration goes away once over 70 mph /110 kph.

I had this problem and after rebuilding front suspension, new rack, countless balancings, new tyres it turned out to be one of the rear wheels had taken a knock and was seriously out of balance. Whole load of lead on that wheel has sorted it.

Tyres could be mishapen?
