You can get them from SJ's but expect to do a lot of the work yourself eg the firewall is just a rectangle of carpet, it needs to be cut etc. They're not expensive if I recall. The factory may still do them too, I know I supplied a Sport350 boot carpet set recently.

Adhesive, use high temperature stuff, the cabin gets quite hot at time (although not a problem I've encountered in the winter) and the normal stuff breaks down when it gets too hot.

You can use spray adhesive (I've not looked but doubt it's high temperature) but I've been doing the Excel and have found that better than a brush is a 4 inch faux moleskin roller and tray. The foam ones react with the solvent and expand / break apart.

Any clues on how to remove the carpet around the handbrake shown above? If it's glued down do I need to just gently start scraping from the edge inward? I need to replace the handbrake gaiter and install the new handle that Bibs helped me get from HK. Thanks in advance.

I think the gaiter is attached to the carpet, yes it's glued down to the inner sill panel so use something like a flat bladed screwdriver or narrow scraper to break the bond bit by bit.

I think you actually have to remove the sill panel by drilling out the rivets. You'll have to remove it to install the new carpet correctly anyway.
