For any interested parties, I have the original pump shaft and washer drawings available.

If it does not break any rules, I can post a link on here, just need permission though :unsure:

both are no longer available unfortunately :(

I had a chat with Brian, the fail of the pulley/shaft MAY have been the result of the person who rebuilt the pump using the wrong washer, which i then copied causing it to fail again. Now I have picked up the new pulley (sorry guys, it was the last one :( ) I was thinking of making doubly sure by using loctite as well.

Any thoughts?

Can't see that loctite could do any harm...I'd use the bearing fit grade, myself, and that ought to stop it chattering about.

Thanks Dave.

I am having my pump repaired by a Motorsport engineering company. They were going to create some engineering drawings for the parts so these may be helpful to them. I was able to buy the very last Lotus stock of the small rotor and annulus, but I still need the larger one. I hope that the engineers can size and manufacture new ones based on the tolerances of the smaller ones.
