AC lines - as bad as it looks to replace?

I was looking at the final things I wanted to replace in the engine bay since the engine is out...the AC lines look a little shabby...probably usable but i'm at that point of "well, since you're this far, why not change these out, they're 25+ years old..."

I finally took some time to look at how they were routed, and it looks like they route through the firewall, then between the passenger seat on the outer/right hand side and the rocker panel....how bad is this to actually replace these two lines and get the trim off that is covering the trim? Is it as bad as it looks? My engine bay may be all apart, but at least my interior is in tact...didn't want to completely turn it inside out too...
