recommended jetting setup (83 S3 NA)

So, passed the MOT yesturday no problems, however as it was bought as a non-runner i have not driven it...

The problem im having is that the engine boggs down badly when i take off at low revvs.

Im looking for the lotus recommended jetting for the carbs - Dellorto 45's.

I have looked at a few web sites and they all vary...

currently i have:

main jets: 140

emulsion tubes: 7772.8

from what i have read this is way off...
