been busy today, mainly stripping down my SE for an inlet manifold gasket change, big clean up, new hoses, new chargecooler pump etc. tomorrow it hopefully all goes back together!

Inlet manifold gasket was a bit damaged, and the coolant had seized up two of the manifold bolts. lots of loose clips and hoses, so hopefully this will cure its poor running problem

have 200 pics of it so far, what do u want a pic of?

(no way i was getting something back together the wrong way)

PS. chargecooler pump was rather tired, impellor was looking good, till i found it werent attached to the shaft at all, and the inlet/outlets were fully blocked. got great macro pics of that! no its all dremeled out, with a leccy auxilarry pump to go in too. Inlet gasket was ferked

Hey Pete,

Why don't you contact Karl-Franz and post a step-by-step guide to what you did (maybe not all 200 pics), so all can benefit from your experience? Take a look at the BOV procedure elsewhere on EFF for an example of what I'm talking about.
