S2 Engine bay wires?

Hi everyone,

Ive got a problem with my 79 s2 esprit. Im trying to sort out the engine bay wires but im stuck on 4 wires at the very rear of the loom.

The loom comes through the bulk head and down the right side of the engine bay, all the wires are connected to temp switches,alternator etc but when i get to the coil i have 1 green and 1 black,are these the correct colours? or have the wires been replaced?

Then beyond that the very last 2 wires to the rear of the loom are 1 black and 1 yellow with a large yellow eye connector. the only place the yellow wire would fit is the starter motor????

Any ideas out there?
