Maidstone along side river 4.45pm on 26th Sept. Looked great.

I think I saw this car when I lived in Maidstone 2003-2006. He was using it in the snow!

 

Good to hear its still about and getting use.

There is also a elite in Essex colours and stripes ( done quite well ) that lives in north Maidstone. I have never seen it before.

I know of an elite in Maidstone owned by a NKLG owner, but it was off the road and a long term project. The only "essex" elite I have ever seen was Leigh's ex chapman car.

 

In my time in maidstone, I never saw another 2+2 on the road other than the occasional excel.

I don't think it was from the factory like it but it did look right. I ran a Essex blue excel se for 10 years up until 2009 so you might have seen that about.
