Thanks Mark. We have a north Midlands area and a bunch of our Evora owners from Worcs now want to meet up, hence this section. I may live in Kent but I did get a C in geography!

I'm in Worcestershire - would be up for something.

Shelsly Walsh has a breakfast club once a month - would be good to get some lotus presence there..........

Breakfasts good value, coffee good and plenty of mucho niceo cars.

My esprit, a cortina, new élan and a couple of vx220 last time out

No !!! Nor a brothel ( for the Swindon guys! ) - it's an historic Worcestershire location. Like stonghenge or Blackpool tower (block)

Hello people of Hereford and Worcester.

I want to revive this thread because, being from Herefordshire, I don't feel well served by the current, um, regionalisation of meets. I feel like we fall between two stalls. Midlands meets feel very far away and I don't feel Welsh enough (or brave enough) to venture over the border. Plus it's totally illegal now.

So (now that my car is back with me and on the road), I wanted to see if there is any interest in setting up (just like this thread has tried to do previously) a mini sub region, to allow those of us in the Marches (plus anyone else, of course) who wanted to, to do something local to us.

I want to talk to people who talk lotus. I mean, I like talking to the other type of people at the petrol pumps and car parks, but once we've done the 'James Bond' thing and the 'Lots of Trouble' thing, that's really all there is. And it gets a bit tiresome.

So... any takers.

There's two gold S2 Esprits in Hereford, that I know of, for starters.

Plus, it would allow people to tell me what they think of my wheels, to me face!  😆

I currently work in Herefordshire (just outside of Hereford), live in the Forest of Dean. Over the last 12 months, when I’ve been allowed to work, I’ve got to know the A40 from Huntley to Ross & then the A49 to Hereford well. In that time I’ve seen two Esprits in Ross, one 18 plate Elise S3 on the A49 near Ross and currently see a Laser Blue Elise S2 on a private plate several times a week in various places along the A49. I’d love to say Hi but of course I don’t & can’t use mine for commuting so some in a normal car waving is only going to look odd!

Pick a place, pick a date and time and people will without doubt come along and talk to you about cars. And not James Bond, unless you ask about him.

Before you know it you'll have a few new Lotus friends in real life and enjoy a regular meet with them.

That's how it works :)

Good plan. I like it. I shall put my location thinking hat on. Needs to be somewhere with tea and bacon sarnies. Ideas welcome.

Cocos cafe - top of Frome’s hill is fairly good with a decent car parking area.

plenty of spots in Hereford area as well
