The dished rears are the 16" ones fitted to the SE matched to the 15" fronts. The turbo has 15" front and rear with no dish on the rears.

I know that car.  We did a meet 10 years ago at Virginia Water and I remember speaking to the owner, who seemed genuine.  Bibs, you were there too in your X180.

 

 

I remember the day well, Derrick Oliver in the boot of my car and Mad Dave McKenna joining us on a trip into London getting in trouble with the fuzz on Horse Guards wrapping up in TGI in Hendon!

 

Don't remember seeing that car there though, good memory!

Yes, next to the Karls, before his car got ill.  It had NOS and he kaned the crap out of it on the day.

Looks a cracking deal. The rear wheels are deep dish US Spec I'm sure; wasn't there an ice blue LHD example so equipped in a classic car magazine test once, can't find it on LEW now for some reason.

Yes, I think it had the wheels painted white as I recall

I met the owner of this at Bromley motor show this year. He had just bought it. Said he was very happy although the wiper had packed up - he mentioned that it was from a dealer and was therefore covered by a six month warranty. He was looking for a set of BBS wheels at the time but was unable to find a set. I think he said that the the later wheels where the only change and that it was standard underneath (although I am not sure they would fit an G esprit hubs?) It is a high compression turbo so quite rare. It looked pretty clean (good paint I think). 

Those wheels are truly horrid....

Is the interior kosher HC?   I recall seeing other HC's with a more ribbed upholstery.   However, If I was in the market for one, it looks well worth a look.    

I think the early HC trim differs slightly.Cant see the headrests which changed with the HC cars.Very rare bonnet2 vents.i like the car .Well priced.Mike

I actually think the wheels are ok I wouldn't have them on my car but then I wouldn't have the little BBS wheels either! and at least you have a much better tyre selection with the 16" rears if indeed they are 16" on the back? who wants to be like every one else with 15" BBS wheels and having to stick with 225 rear tyres! Changing my wheels was on the top of my list as one of the first things to go.
