A stupid question but, is the rear brake shoe adjuster shown in the photo below

A.     On with the rachet facing the right way

B.     On with the rachet facing the wrong way

C.     Who cares - it'll do the same job regardless...!

 

 

 

It looks like it is on correctly...you want it to ratchet out on the return of the hand brake and that looks correct from the photo.

No, I think its the wrong adjuster - that is I think its the adjuster for the other side, (aren't they handed)? From the photo it wont adjust as the lever will rise up the ramp rather than engage in the tooth.

Could be wrong though!

I thought C was the right answer since if it's on the other side the thread works the other way and it still cranks out the shoe. it'll be a drag to change in now the body's on...
