Can anyone recommend a car cover for use outside on an excel.

I don't suppose there is an indoor cover for a '80 Elite?

Yes, the one of this shop is very good. you have to tell them the right variant for the different shapes of the Excels

Rick: I have only experiences with the Excel. So my post was related to the original question. I don't know whether they have something for the Elite, but the material is brilliant.

None - they all eventually pick up dirt particles and scratch the life out of your paint. Because inevitable you are in a rush to put the car under cover, I.e it's started raining, or snowing and when the wind is galling they are really hard to control with one pair of hands so they blow around picking up crap from the drive and you end up covering the car in what ever it has picked up cos' you are in a rush and want to get out of the rain. Just my tuppence worth.

We sell them for every Lotus. They're meant to collect dust, that's it's job so you should wash it every year.
