Only a few very simple bolt on mods, the engine itself hasn't been opened.

A hybrid T3/4 Turbo and capsule/actuator

Uprated RC secondary injectors.

Recirc dump valve

Cat delete and straight through stainless twin pipes

Chip no.11 from PUK

Obligatory K+N filter

Electric chargecooler pump

Renewed chargecooler rad

...and that's about all I can remember. I would imagine with a manifold such as the Alunox design and a lower ambient air temperature on the day, that would break through the 300bhp barrier. It never had trouble keeping up with V8's yet still gave reasonable mpg for that type of car. I don't really know why the result was much of a surprise, it was never sold as a standard, untouched car.

FWIW The PUK no. 11 chip was replaced soon after Alan took ownership of the car with another non PUK one.

Sparky has run the both chips back to back and might give you his opinion if you ask him nicely ;)
